Schrader Tyre ValveI have put these notes here as it took me some time to find this information when I needed it and so, I thought it may help others who may also be in need. The Schrader tyre valve was invented in the USA during 1898 by A.D. Schrader working with Charles Goodyear. The internal thread is 0.209" x 36tpi UNS The external thread is 0.302 x 32tpi UNS (High speed steel taps and dies are available in these sizes.) |
